Through January 10, the Arctic Express Train will run from 4pm to 9pm daily, as an after dark, Zoo Lights experience!
Join us as we follow a daring wildlife biologist on a winter journey through the wilds of northern British Columbia to retrieve a satellite collar from a rare South Peace Northern Caribou, gathering vital information to help protect this endangered species. Along the way, we’ll encounter animal silhouettes representing many of the Northern species we will encounter along the way, such as eagles, fox, bison, mountain goats, cougars, wolves, elk, and hares.
QR codes will also be available on request to access the story on your personal device.
Cost: $6 (4pm-9pm)
*Please note Zoo animals will not be viewable 4pm-9pm on the Arctic Express Train ride.
*Please note that the train may be out of operation due to snow or ice.
**Members receive a 10% discount on train tickets.
