Fall is a beautiful time of year with a lot going on, days are getting shorter, the trees change colour, and Halloween and Thanksgiving are just around the corner! Come welcome this fall season with us at The Greater Vancouver Zoo, we have a host of fun and exciting planned events happening for all to enjoy!
When you first walk into our facility you will be greeted by the wonderful sights and sounds of fall, being an outdoor facility you'll see the fall leaves changing colour and covering the grounds in vibrant greens and orange not to mention the seasonal foliage that will be strategically placed throughout our facility! Pumpkins, gourds, fall items galore!
We will also be offering a fun family photo-op! A perfect way to capture your experience when visiting! It makes a perfect place to stop once you’ve completed our fall scavenger hunt! Or take a ride on our family-friendly Halloween train!
We will also be offering face painting every Saturday and Sunday throughout the month of October! This will be located right outside of our train station and will be cash only.

Did I mention those who complete our fall scavenger hunt will be entered to win a weekly $10 gift card draw and one grand prize winner will be chosen for a Behind-The-Scenes tour with either our Grizzly Bears or Red Pandas! So Definitely be sure to pick up your scavenger hunt sheet at our ticketing booth or guest services!
