We welcome you to join us on Access Day, our annual day where we invite people with disabilities to visit the Greater Vancouver Zoo at a reduced rate.
This year’s Access Day will be on: TBD
Information regarding the 2019 Access Day is coming soon! Please check back for details
The Greater Vancouver Zoo is committed to complying with the British Columbia Guide and Service Dog Act and Canada’s Accredited Zoos and Aquariums standards to ensure that all individuals have an equal opportunity to visit our facility. Although outside animals are generally not permitted on our premises, an exception is available for certified service animals who meet our policy requirements. A service animal is any animal certified and trained to assist an individual with a disability. To be permitted on site, the service animal must be assigned to an individual with a disability visiting the Greater Vancouver Zoo.
