Arctic Nights will take place from 4pm to 9pm, after our daily zoo hours.

If you miss your scheduled train time, we’ll make every effort to accommodate you on the next available one. Please note that for larger groups wishing to sit together, wait times may be longer. Additionally, we will run one extra train at the end of the night for any guests who were unable to board an earlier train.

Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. For larger groups hoping to sit together, we recommend arriving early and lining up at the train station.

Yes, children under 2 years old can sit on a parent’s lap and do not need a ticket. For children over 2, a separate seat and ticket are required.

Your ticket includes access to the zoo’s front section, the “Journey Through The North” train ride, a hot beverage, specialty popcorn, music, crafts, and more!

No, animals won’t be visible during the event due to low lighting, as we prioritize the safety of our guests.

You may have a chance to spot some animals if you ride an earlier train, before it’s fully dark. However, please note that visibility of the lights along the route may be reduced during these times.
