Q. How much for parking and where do I pay?
A. Pay parking is a $6.00 flat rate. Each parking space has a  number assigned to it. You will need to enter this number in the parking  meters which are located just inside the front entrance. The parking  meters accept coins and credit cards.

Q. Can I bring my own food and snacks?
A. Yes! We have several picnic tables and a picnic area for you to sit at and enjoy your snacks. We simply ask that you not feed the animals and that you place any garbage in the bins provided.

Q. Can I bring my bike?
A. Yes. We encourage you to bring bikes, scooters, roller blades and  wagons! However, we do not allow recreational motorized bikes and  scooters. See our policies for more information and don't forget your helmets, knee pads and elbow pads.

Q. I lost my debit card, do you have a lost and found?
A. Any lost items will be returned to our front admissions. If the item you are looking for is not there, please leave your contact information at the front admissions in the case we find it later.

Q. Can I bring my dog to the zoo?
A. Dogs/pets are not allowed in our facility. Please leave pets at home, especially on hot summer days.

Q. My friend can't walk around the whole zoo, do you have wheelchairs I can borrow?
A. Yes! We have wheelchairs and strollers for rent at our front admissions.

Q. Do you have paper maps?
A. We are an eco-friendly facility and do not hand out paper maps. There are 8 large maps located around the zoo for your convenience. You can take a picture or find our map on this website and print it at home.

Q. I didn't see any animals out today. Where are they?
A. All the animals have large enclosures. When it's very hot out, you might find that they are hiding in the shade. Most of the animals also have indoor and outdoor access, therefore they have the option of going into their barn or going outside. We do not force the animals to stay outside.
